Data encryption keeps your information safe when it’s transmitted from your computer into our systems. We use one of the strongest forms of data encryption commercially available, which converts your information into protected code.

We regularly test our own security

Independent security specialists subject our systems to thorough testing, several times a year. They hunt for potential weaknesses using the latest analysis techniques. When they make recommendations for tightening our security, we implement them straight away.

Keeping your password safe

Your Spotcap account has a unique username, a password that you set up, and three security questions. Your password is encrypted and no one at Spotcap knows what it is. We will never ask you to reveal your password. If you think someone has discovered your password or the answers to your security questions, please get in touch with us immediately.
